CreateBacktest

Stores or updates a user script.

The following routes are available for this service:
POST, OPTIONS	/Backtests/{UserId}/{Type}/{ScriptId}

**CreateBacktest** Parameters:

ScriptId	path	string	No	Script ID. If specified, tries to update existing script with new text.
